Winter is here, and I made good use of my drysuit this weekend at Wangi for the Zhik Winter Regatta!
This week we were very privileged to have a special guest on the show. It was absolutely fantastic to catch up with Duncan MacGregor, a Paralympic aspirant who actually competes in not only disabled, but also able-bodied sailing. Duncan is an amazing ambassador for our sport, and we were so lucky to have him! I will be able to catch up with him in person at the Tasar Worlds in January 2015, which is awesome news!
Not much else has happened this week that is super exciting, just more developments on the Sunset Media and Radio fronts which is great news, we will be sharing more information on new shows to come (that will be full of adventures, but not necessarily in sailing)!
Lisa Darmanin, a member of the Australian Sailing Team, WD Sailing and Objective Champions was also back in Australia, so Nic took the chance to chat!
Last but not least, we caught up with Ollie Hartas who managed to flip the interview on me to chat about my past in Match Racing. He is currently on his way to Europe for a bunch of adventures, and we will be keeping tabs on him!
